Do you ever feel uninspired or overwhelmed by a task that you have to perform?
Well I did, having to write this blog post turned out to be on my mind a lot. I kept searching for original and useful AI tools that were freely available and could be the subject of an interesting blog post. <insert> Quazilla: https://www.joinsquad.co/quazilla <insert>
I was curious and decided to say Hi to Quazilla on WhatsApp. Almost immediately the mysterious creature greeted me back!
I was surprised and excited to communicate more with him and experience what kind of wisdom this ancient dinosaur could share with me. So I told him my tasks for the day, study a lot!
That is quite something right!? it even threw in a quote to motivate me which I personally liked a lot. So, promising first messages from Quazilla, however, it cannot do everything. He is limited in his experience of time, so when I asked to send me a motivational message every hour, he said it was not possible. But, he did sprinkle in another quote:
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts”
Winston Chuchill (according to Quazilla at least)
I also asked it for tips and told him that I was feeling distracted and it promptly recommended me to divide my work in smaller pieces and use the Pomodoro technique, pretty standard advice but nonetheless nice reminders to actually do it!
The next day we wished each other good morning and I told him that I wanted write my IS assignment and this blog post and was again pleasantly surprised by the response:
To conclude, if you are ever needing some motivation or a joke (he told me one when I was stuck for a bit) you could text a friend, but you could also text Quazilla, your personal motivational dinosaur. I’ll show you his latest response too 🙂
Fun blog post, I never knew I needed a Quazilla until reading this post. Quazilla seems to be really motivating and for people who are actually trying to build habits, Quazilla could be a nice motivator. The AI seems to be very knowledgeable about motivational quotes and the fact that you can text him on Whatsapp makes the experience even more natural and enjoyable. I think the benefits could even be better for children, because of it’s positivity and comedic way of responding to your messages.
I enjoyed your post, thank you!
This blog post made me smile! It was refreshing to see how this generative AI tool differs from the more serious-minded tools that are typically discussed on this blog.
There is something I would still like to know; are the quotes authentic and are they accurately attributed to the right people?
In my own experience, I’m skeptical wether Quazilla would be a great help for me. It might end up being more of a distraction rather than an improvement to my efficiency. However, I could image that Quazilla could have the capacity to motivate younger individuals when it comes to finishing their homework.
