  2. Very nice post. I could relate myself a lot with your story. In between masters, work and a social life, finding time to also training a couple of hours in the week is not easy. The 8Fit app seems like a fairly complete personal coach indeed, and you gave them some good examples on improvement. I myself am a runner and have been using apps like Strava and Runna, but am I missing somewhat of a more personalized complete coaching experience. I hope they soon come up with something similar for running related apps. Besides, a human connection can offer emotional support, which can be crucial for long-term fitness goals. AI is a fantastic supplement to our routines, but I believe that the in-person touch still holds importance, especially for those seeking a more holistic and individualized approach.
